Returns

We value your custom and care about your satisfaction. So, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it hassle-free for a full refund.  This needs to be within 30 days of purchase. 

If you find you have a faulty product we need to be informed within 7 days of receiving order to to exchange or refund.

It’s important that any returned item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused.

Please make sure you keep hold of your proof of purchase, as you’ll need this for us to process your refund.

If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, please email us or call us so we can assist you. You may need to provide a image of damage.

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the goods. We are unable to cover returns costs if the items are not faulty
